Refund Policy

Refunds may be available:

For items purchased on the 5 Pebbles llc site:
It’s important that you request a refund as soon as possible after you find an issue. Refunds are available under limited circumstances.

You can usually get a refund for any one of the following reasons:

  • If something was bought on your account or with your payment method that you didn’t permit.
  • If the purchase you made wasn’t delivered or doesn’t work.
  • If you bought something by accident.

You can not get a refund for the following reasons:

  • If you have watched more than the first 5 minutes of a video.
  • If you request a refund more than 7 days (168 hours) after your purchase.
  • If you give your account or payment details to someone else.
  • If you appear to be abusing our policies.

For items purchased through third party vendors:
These items may include online classes purchased on another site. Please see that site’s refund policy. We have no control over nor responsibility for a third party site’s refund policy.

Unauthorized purchase refunds

If something was bought on your account or using your payment method without your permission, you may be able to get a refund.

Please report unauthorized purchases within 65 days of the unauthorized purchase.

If you notice an unauthorized purchase, please contact us at You’ll usually get a decision within two hours, but it can take up to two business days. If your refund request is approved, you will lose access to the purchased item.

Note: It’s important that you keep your account information and passwords private. If you give your login details to someone else you are responsible for any purchases made.

Defective or accidental purchase refunds

 Contracted work refunds

You can usually get a full refund or further training for the following reasons:

  • The speaker does not show for the contracted work reasons other than severe weather or other acts of God. This may include negligence on the part of the speaker.
  • The training recipient completed all of the training, exercises, practice and followed all of the trainer’s advice but still failed to achieve the promised results.

You can usually get a partial refund, less deposit, for the following reasons:

  • Some of the work contracted for is not provided due to the speaker or trainer’s actions. This may include materials promised but not delivered or training promised but not delivered.

You can not get a refund for the following reasons:

  • A venue is unavailable as scheduled, even if outside the host’s control.
  • The host changes their schedule, bumps the speaker or trainer or decides to terminate the relationship for any reason.
  • The training recipient did not complete all of the training, complete all of exercises, practice and follow all the advice in the training.

In the event a venue is unavailable and the speaker is notified in advance, you will be able to reschedule the training at a mutually agreed upon time and date. In the event the speaker or trainer is bumped from the schedule for any reason, rescheduling is at the sole discretion of the speaker or trainer.
