Original Work:
The refund policy may vary depending on where you purchased the original artwork. If you purchase directly from 5 Pebbles LLC (the artist), please see the refund policy at https://onhandart.com/refund-policy/.
Courses:
The refund policy found at the course supersedes this description. In general we want you to get real value from the course you take and will work with you to make sure you are getting that value.
If you did not start the course and decide it’s not for you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund.
Once you have started the course, you may contact us within 5 days of the last date you accessed the course for a 50% refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund if you have completed a course or used all or part of your coaching call.
Books and Products
Please see the bookseller’s refund policy. Unfortunately, we have no control or say in their individual policies.
For the “More Than Color(ing)” book, you may return the unused book for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The book must be returned in new condition, in the original, protective packaging. Please contact us to start a refund.
If your book was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will be able to send a replacement book.

Seminars
For seminar tickets please refer to the ticket for refund policy. If you missed a 5 Pebbles llc hosted seminar due to an emergency, please use the contact us form to contact us for assistance.
Speaking fee refunds are per contract. Please refer to the contract for details.
